My artistic pseudonym is Nimrais, I’m female, 24 years old and I live near Nuremberg, Germany. I share my life with my ex-stray dogs from Greece and Spain: Dina and Henry.
I'm mostly a self-taught artist - I have been drawing since I could hold a pencil. I was always pretty creative and enjoyed not only drawing but many other activities like crafting, photography, music and design. I'm a professionally trained Media Designer and I have a Bachelor's Degree in Design. I currently work as a freelance illustrator and designer.
I've found my passion for drawing animals way back when I was a kid. I grew up with dogs and I still feel a deep emotional connection to those wonderful animals. I had many pets over the years - guinea pigs, dogs, rats, gerbils. Wildlife has always fascinated me.
In 2001 I discovered "Anthropomorphic Wildlife Art”, which is a blend of animal with human anatomy. This was the perfect mix between animal, nature, a bit fantasy and human realism for me, and drawing anthro art still remains as my passion.
